Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 4 to 8 days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and your location. Peak periods and customs checks can add a few days.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email us and we will chase it.
Where we ship
We ship to every destination available at checkout. If your country does not appear, we cannot currently deliver there.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, email support@calypsoblue.store with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
